For Direct like the example “Queted Speech” and then Indirect is “Reported Speech”. Here just change the word can’t become could not.  The next we can change the word tomorrow and last monday become the next day and previous day using Adv.time.

The Impat of Gasoline Price Increases

Some months ago, Indonesian government has given wisdom for increase gasoline price as big as Rp 8.500 which the previous price Rp 6.500 then not long after that, the government has degraded gasoline price Rp 6.700 then the government also has degraded back is Rp 6.700. Certainly while the increase gasoline price, all price are come up which mainly are food prices or ingredients primary very soaring price. The society certainly are feel economic terms that are increasingly difficult because gasoline price come up. The government centainly will try effort so that everything is back to stable. Then from that finally the government has degraded back gasoline price is Rp 6.700 although different from previous is Rp 6.500.
